Leadership Coaching is a process of enabling employees to strengthen performance by helping them to develop skills and competencies that are important to the individual and ultimately that would contribute to the success of the organisation. The emphasis is on helping people to discover solutions for themselves through the use of powerful questions and providing “in the moment” feedback.

Leadership Coaching is a method of directing, instructing and developing a person or group of people, with the aim of achieving a goal or to develop specific skills. Coaching is solution-driven, future-driven and goal-oriented. It draws upon the resources, behaviours, skills and potential of the individual or team that is being coached. Coaching is generative – rather than remedial – which separates it from therapy and counselling.
